I'm not great with statistics. Will I struggle?

No. The course uses practical examples rather than formulas. You'll build control charts and Pareto charts step by step with templates we provide, and the maths stays at a level anyone who has used a spreadsheet can handle.

What if I fail the WeCert exam?

You get three free resits. If the first attempt doesn't go your way, you can sit the exam again up to three more times at no extra cost.

Should I choose live or self-paced?

Live training runs on Zoom with a trainer you can question in real time, which suits you if you like structure and discussion. Self-paced lets you work through the same 48 hours of content around your shifts. Both lead to the same WeCert exam and certificate.

How much time do I need?

The full course is 48 hours of learning. On the live track, sessions follow a fixed schedule. On self-paced, you set your own speed, and because access is lifetime there's no deadline to rush against.

What certificate do I get?

You receive a certificate of training when you complete the course, and a TQM certificate from WeCert once you pass the exam.

Will this help me get a job or a promotion?

It gives you two things hiring managers in quality look for: a recognised TQM certificate, and hands-on use of the tools they'll ask about in interviews, such as root cause analysis, SPC and CAPA. Many quality roles in manufacturing, healthcare and services list these skills directly.
