Planning an individual audit
Define scope and criteria, build a sampling strategy, develop audit checklists, and prepare the opening meeting agenda for a rigorous, objective audit
Conducting the audit: on-site techniques
Interview technique, document review, observation, and evidence-gathering methods that produce findings a certification body cannot challenge
Writing nonconformities and audit findings
