Introduction to Lean Six Sigma
Where the methodology came from, why it works, and how Yellow Belt fits into the wider belt structure
Understanding Waste & Variation
Identify the eight types of waste and the difference between common-cause and special-cause variation in your own processes
Define — Scoping a Real Problem
Write a problem statement, build a SIPOC, and define what success actually looks like before any work begins
Measure — Capturing Process Data
Map the current state, collect baseline data, and build a measurement system you can trust
Analyse — Finding the Root Cause
Use fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, and basic data analysis to identify what's actually driving the problem
Improve — Designing & Testing Solutions
Generate and prioritise solutions, pilot them safely, and use 5S to make improvements stick
Control — Locking in the Gains
Build control plans and handover documentation so the process doesn't drift back the moment you look away
Exam Preparation & Practice
Timed mock papers, worked examples, and technique coaching so the exam itself is the least stressful part
